The AcnEase Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident AcnEase can treat your acne skin problems safely and effectively if you follow the recommended directions associated with each treatment. Prior to choosing a treatment, we provide a system which assists you in choosing the proper regimen that will work best for you.

We fully stand behind our product and provide for a Satisfaction Guarantee good within 60 days of your FIRST purchase of 1 treatment (not multiple treatments) through an AcnEase associated website (AcnEase.com, AcnEase.fr, AcnEase.co.uk,AcnEasesp.com, AcnEaseeu.com). If you try AcnEase according to the directions, and haven't seen any improvement, follow the directions below to receive a full refund (less S&H). If you live in the US, we'll refund your return order (minus S&H). If you made your purchase from abroad, due to international regulations we will refund for any returned unopened bottles from you purchase.  Please note, one refund per customer only.  

How our Satisfaction Guarantee Works

Please follow the simple steps below to take advantage of this guarantee:

The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for up to 60 days from the original date of the first purchase of 1 treatment (not multiple treatments) . Purchases made through AcnEase distributors cannot be refunded. Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly on Herborium’s own websites.

  1. Use the product regularly and as directed for the minimum recommendation of one month. (If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask us at CustomerService@Herborium.com)
  2. If, after this time, you are not seeing any improvement please send all the UNOPENED and OPEN bottles of the AcnEase back to the address below for a refund with explanation why you think it did not work.  Please be advised that you need to send back all the bottles of 1 treatment your purchased (both unopened and opened bottles).  The return must arrive within 60 days from your purchase.
  3. The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to 1 treatment on your first order.  If you purchase multiple treatments at once, you will not be refunded for all of the treatments, only 1.  Additionally, once a second purchase of AcnEase is placed, the Satisfaction Guarantee is no longer valid. Any exceptions to this rule need to be agreed upon beforehand in writing by the Customer Care Department(s).

  4. One refund per customer and per the same address. Multiple orders charged on different credit cards for the same client or multiple orders charged to the same credit card for different clients will not be refunded. One refund per household.
  5. The cost of shipping and handling is not reimbursed.
  6. If there are any other reasons for your return, please let us know as soon as possible.
  7. We do not refund one-bottle purchases because one bottle of AcnEase is not sufficient to show an improvement for an individual who uses AcnEase for the first time. We recommend that all of our customers use an AcnEase treatment at least for one monthly to achieve the best results.

PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. Herborium processes the refund within 7 business days from the time of receiving the return, but your credit card company must also process this transaction and credit your account.

PayPal refunds are subject to an additional 4.4% deduction; this deduction is collected automatically by PayPal for using their money transfer services. Regretfully, we are not able to refund this fee. Herborium will issue a refund in the form of a PayPal "quasi-cash" payment for the amount of the refund.


Herborium is not liable for any other fees or penalties levied by any credit card company, bank or PayPal on the amount of return.
